Terms and Conditions
- Your baby's picture will be displayed as long as there are open spaces available to be taken. When the home page fills up and another baby is submitted to the site, the baby that has been on the site the longest will be bumped off the main page. However, the baby will still have a page on the site and a link to that page on the Names of Babies page.
- You cannot change the image, word content, or links once you have submitted them, unless you have a strong reason why they must be changed.
- All images, content, and links submitted must be family-friendly. The owners of this web site may use their own discretion as to what is and is not family-friendly. If you submit an image, content, or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise you will lose your space.
- If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one.
- If for whatever reason you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, and the space will become publically available again.
- Images submitted must be in JPG format, and a reasonable file size (else they may not be transmitted properly through the site). If your favorite baby picture is very large, resize it before submitting it. All images will be automatically resized and cropped when submitted, so if you want to be sure it is cropped to your liking, crop to a square shape before submitting it.
- Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
- You must have the authority to provide any images, links, or content that you send.
- There might be occasional downtime for site maintenence but we'll try and keep these times to a minimum.
- Once you sign up, you must submit your baby's picture within 24 hours to retain your space on the home page.
